Error in TFS release control server after upgrade to update 3

Some strange and unexplained error logged in the InRelease aka (Release Management) server event log after Release Management Update 1 to Update 3.

Below error started logging only after updating to update 3.

Even if we started the Inrelease server and all the agents, but no luck.

Any immediate help would be greatly appreciated.
