How do I use HG (Mercurial) on the command line?

Question

How can I open hg on the command line in any directory?

I tried setting the classpath. But nothing works.

I need to use Hg like below wherever you are in the directory.

You must have a path to C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\

in your variablePATH

Open Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced Tab -> Environment Variables

Make sure PATH
