Create Khmer Unicode supported PDF document in android

I want to create a PDF document that can display Khmer language.

I've used iText, droidtext, aspose, etc. as a PDF creation library and used khmerOS, hanuman, etc. like a font.

But the problem is that it cannot display the Khmer words in the correct order and it cannot match the conjunctive letter properly. It also shows the plus symbol, the lower part of the letter in the case of a conjunctive letter.

This link shows an image that has a plus sign at the bottom of the last character. Is there a solution?
