Translation animation delay, the image leaves a tail when translated from one position to another

I translate the image from one position to another, it leaves a tail while translating the image. I searched a lot for stack overflow and took care of heap size, hardware acceleration, avoiding invoking animations in oncreate and onresume. The image size is also minimal.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
