Genymotion error: Failed to start gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip

I want to install google apps on my virtual device in Genymotion. When I drag and drop the zip file I get this error: Failed to launch gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip.

I tried different solutions suggested by many guides (ex: guide 1 , guide 2 ) and different zip files for different android versions (4.1.1, 4.2.2, 4.3), but for each of them the same error: "Not managed to run gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip "Only Gmail and Google settings are installed.

My Genymotion version is 2.3.1.

I have no idea. Can anyone help me? :( Thanks
