Can I use Homebrew to install the latest AWS EB CLI?

Question

Homebrew appears to install an older version (unsupported) AWS EB tools . Is there a way to get Homebrew to install the current ones?

(I'm new to Homebrew.)

Homebrew relies on volunteers to update formulas. If you notice an outdated formula, please submit a bug or pull request.

I can confirm that brew install awscli

it works well on macOS Sierra.
