TestFlight Issue With Invitation

I successfully invited my internal testers to test my second build and they both got an email invitation. The problem is that when they click on the invitation when they take to TestFlight they get a message that the app is not available. If you have any experience with this or know how to fix it, please let me know. Make sure beta testing is turned on, or try turning it off and on again.

The user has to click the invitation on their device using the Apple mail app . They cannot use Gmail, for example, to successfully create an assembly in the Apple TestFlight app.
