Npgsql error with entity framework 6

I am trying to set up postgres db-entity framework application. First approach to the database. I am following the tutorial I added a new visual studio connection, created a new project (WF), created it, nugetted npgsql and now I am trying to add a new entity data model item-> ado.net-> generate from database and I get an exception
