Facebook API Data Terms of Service
simple question - if I get data from a Facebook search graph (like a list of all pages or events is all I can extract), can I use it on my own site, publish it? commercial use?
Or are there any restrictions?

It depends on what type of data you want to get, as it could be personal information, pages, events, etc.
