TestFlight for enterprise applications

TestFlight has been built into the system since the release of iOS 8. If I distribute an application using an enterprise distribution profile, how can I collect crash reports?

Basically, can TestFlight be used in our enterprise applications? If so, how?

Note. I am very familiar with how we can use TestFlight for internal and external testing using iTunes Connect. I want to know if we can integrate and use TestFlight if I distribute the application from-to-enterprise.
