Camera angle

I am working on Cordova (Phonegap) . I need to define device specific properties of a camera. I have searched the internet for a quality period of time. Still not working. Is there a way to determine

1. The vertical-horizontal value of the CAFOV field (camera angle of view),

Maximum supported image sizes,

3. Focus mode, exposure value ?.

Any damn help would be appreciated. Thank.
