Where to set mapDateToTimestamp in Websphere 7 server

I am using ojdbc6.jar to connect Oracle 10g database. but I am getting Unparsable date error. So I searched various oracles and found out that we have to set a link to the Oracle proposal and Link for links

mapDateToTimestamp = false

But nowhere did they mention where to set this connection property in WAS 7. I tried to set this property in the JVM argument, but same error. Also I tried to set this property in Data Source> Custom Property. Screenshots PFB
