Failed to log bug in Google Play games on some phones

I am developing an application that implements google play based multiplayer games. api.App works great on my phone while I develop and I can enter multiplayer. But when I tested my app on another phone with the same features and configurations, it encountered an error:

Login failed. Check your network connection and try again.

I'm not sure if this is related to my phone using my gmail account which is a developer account and the second phone is using a different gmail which is listed as a test account for the app. I have an app in alpha testing, but to put the app on a second phone, I just physically connected it to my laptop like I did with my own phone.

I made sure I am connected to Wi-Fi and I can navigate well. No problem with my connection.

You can try by setting correct date time

If they are set to Automatic, set them manually.

If you still face the same problem after doing this, follow this.

Just add your email ID in the Add Testers field and wait 2-3 minutes.



Go to Google Play Developer Console, click Test and add email IDs for all testers, including developers.
