How do I find locals in VS2013?

I recently installed VS2013. Today I tried to keep track of my variable values ​​but couldn't find the little window that usually appears at the bottom of the environment. In previous versions of VS I'm used to: Debug-Windows-Locals. Is there an option in the settings window that I should enable or am I missing something else?

There is one confusion here: It is only visible in the debug menu when debugging .

I don't think it was moved anywhere!

Also, it appears automatically (for me anyway) at the bottom of VS, next to you you will see the information "Exit", "Error", etc.
