Graylog: save search results when no results are found

I recently installed GrayLog2 and added searches and streams as I went along. Since this is a relatively new setting, Graylog doesn't have all the logs yet.

But we want to keep searching for certain types of logs. When we search GrayLog for those who are now, we obviously don't get any results.

In this case, how do we save the search, i.e. when there are no results. When there are results, the Save Search button is displayed.
