Why is the Issues tab missing from my github repository page?

I want to create problems in my repo to create technical debts present in the repo. But I can't see the problems tab. For other repos, the Issues tab appears below the pulkl query tab. How do I enable the issue tab for my repo?

You need to enable Problems first. You can do this by clicking Settings and enable the "Problems" section. Then you can use it.

Why doesn't he tell other users that "Issues Disabled" in a particular store?

I just looked at the one where (apparently) this is the case ( https://github.com/lapfelix/Forecast ) - and thought, "Github must be broken, or the Issues tab must be somewhere." hidden "and I will hunt him .."



(The problem there isn't really a "problem", but the pod says, "Smart quotes were detected and ignored in your Podfile." So I'm guessing they managed to get there somehow. Why doesn't TextEdit let you disable them? ?)
