PHP TCPDF Export for Standard Address Labels

The standard mark, printed on a special sheet of paper, is fitted to 3 columns with 10 rows on each sheet. However, the blocks must be set at a certain size so that the labels can be displayed correctly on the sheet after the address is removed.

I have my HTML set up which I am printing using the TCPHF writeHTML function. However, I'm trying to set the height as accurately as possible, but TCPDF doesn't seem to support height measurement. Is there a standard template I could use to output the correct html for TCPDF in order to print it correctly on a sheet of address labels?
