FileLoaderImportCircularReferenceException after Bundle creation in Symfony2

I am new to symfony development and I created my first project and my first command line package php app\console generate:bundle

.

Usually I should be able to use this new package and access the url hello / {name}, but when I try to access the url http: //localhost/mylibrary-web/web/app_dev.php/hello/test/ I I get the error:

FileLoaderImportCircularReferenceException in FileLoader.php line 97: Circular reference detected in "C:\wamp\www\mylibrary-web\app/config/routing_dev.yml" ("C:\wamp\www\mylibrary-web\app/config/routing_dev.yml" > "C:\wamp\www\mylibrary-web\app/config\routing.yml" > "C:\wamp\www\mylibrary-web\app/config/routing_dev.yml").

How can I solve this problem?
