Jetty WebSocketClientSelectorManager - Connection Failed java.io.IOException: Unable to initiate SSL

I apologize to all the code, but I am confused as to why this same code seemed to work before, but not now.

I have a simple WebSockets client and I am getting a title error. The funny thing is I have an HTML file with javascript to use the same SSL server and it works great.

Internet searches did not seem to have a very strong impact on this error.

According to the jetty source code the SSL context is missing:
