under each post you see its permalink, check the image below. Just click on edit and change it to whatever you want.

You can change the structure of permalinks to "messages" in your Personal Account> Options> Permanent Links.



The permanent structure of the possible custom message types does not change. beacuse is set for every custom post type, via a plugin or script (for your information, this comes with the instruction 'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'your-cpt-permalink-slug')
