Android - creating a sound file form (OGG)

How do I create a simple signal of an ogg file (like RingDroid )? Is there an easy way?

I found RingDroid source code ( https://code.google.com/p/ringdroid/ ) but it doesn't support ogg format. I am using Android 4.0+.

Is there an easy way to do this?

You can use Visualizer to get waveform data

MediaPlayer mediaPlayer = new MediaPlayer();

int audioSessionID = mediaPlayer.getAudioSessionId();

visualizer.setDataCaptureListener(new Visualizer.OnDataCaptureListener() {
            public void onWaveFormDataCapture(Visualizer visualizer, byte[] bytes,
                    int samplingRate) {
                // Send bytes (waveform) to your custom UI view to show it.
            }
