Visual Studio 2012 "project file has been moved, renamed, or is missing from your computer"

I was working on a visual studio project and decided to rename it. After a little renaming, everything was under a new name. I tried to open the project in Visual Studio and the download failed, indicating that the project file was moved, renamed, or deleted. I can edit the project through the C # project file among other class files, but no matter how I try to rename the files to change it, the upload still doesn't work.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
