Open the dialog for sharing a mobile device via the web app

Problem: We would like to open the mobile sharing dialog when the user clicks a button on our website so that they have local apps.

Now: is it even possible to go to the general dialogue of devices through the web browser on the phone?

We only use HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript for websites, so Android SDK and iPhone are not equivalent.

Apparently, as Jose said, it is not possible to access the general dialogue of devices directly through a web browser. Further research into other possibilities will be done on our side.
