How to add cookies to Portia

I'm using Portia to clean up a website, but it has a popup for choosing a location. It is based on JS and hence I cannot interoperate. A cookie is stored on the website, which then disables the pop-up, allowing the website to be used.
How do I add a cookie while browsing through the Portia interface so I can clear it properly?
