Android Notification Action to start the service, no extra advanced features included

I've got a notice that there are two steps: Accept

and Decline

, well PendingIntent

, that run the service RequestUpdaterService

. I put extras in Intent

, from which it PendingIntent

comes from (via PendingIntent#getService

). The problem is that when the service starts, the extra functionality is not included in the intent that is passed to Service#onStartCommand

.

. What am I doing wrong?
