An exception occurred while processing a request from an IOS device
I am trying to play a video on an iOS device. When I tried to play, I got the following error:

Video file of all formats works great in all browsers and android devices. When I try to access it from an iOS device. This is giving me the error above. As you can see by mistake, it first gives me an answer like 200 and then the pipe breaks. What does this broken pipe mean? Just FYI, I already posted a question that I cannot play videos on iOS devices, now I am posting a new question because I found this error in my terminal.
How do I fix this problem? Any help is appreciated.

This is beacause, django is handling your media, not apache. Try changing the configuration on the server.
For example, inside the apache2 edit example.com.conf file add the following lines to make apache serve the media files.
**Alias /media /your project path/media**
This can sometimes fix the problem.
