Angular Translate - How to handle phrases with links

I have two problems:

  • I'm not sure if it's a good idea to give the translator control over the actual link / action
  • Problem or translation of translated HTML. [its displayed as text ...]

Is there any best practice / examples on how to handle translations of phrases that should contain links within them? Will this change if I want to trigger some area action when some parts of the text are clicked?

eg. "CLICK OK, you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

or

"Click OK, you agree to our Terms of Service and."
