Glassfish Control Panel java.lang.RuntimeException
I tried to create a jdbc connection pool on my glass board with the following properties (as seen in the image below). This is because I think it works correctly. However, after I restarted the glassfish and tried to pierce the pool, the screen got a RuntimeException on a white screen. Not only when I ping it, but also when I click any tab and even the save and cancel button, it ends up with a RuntimeException. I tried every possible reason and searched the net over and over, but ended up with the same exception. Please help.: (

I faced this problem. I took two steps to fix this, not sure which one does the trick:
- Revert the JDBC driver to the version I used in another glass melting installation;
- Clear browser cache
After that, I was able to change the properties of the connection pool and ping the connection without a RuntimeException.

Upgrade Glassfish from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2.
When I downloaded Java EE 7 SDK 7u2 it contained 4.1.1. In the meantime, Glassfish 4.1.2 is available in the Glassfish download .
