The app should not be used by other users

I want to make sure that once my app is installed on any android device, after extracting that apk from that device and installing on other devices (by sharing the pre-installed apk) shouldn't work. I thought about using IMEI, but it couldn't be predefined in the app (because I can provide the app to multiple users). I want my use of the app to be limited to my selective users only . This is a standalone application, so you cannot check it over the net.
