Git is not included in this workspace in VS Code

I see the git message is not included in this workspace "when I hover over the little git icon at the bottom left, even though the folder is the root of the git repository.

I have git on my way. Any hints?

You can search for git output in View > Output

and switch to Git

in the dropdown menu

You can try to find the task handler and destroy the unnecessary "git.exe"

How about an open folder or file? Can't load git? Try it. Because when you don't have a file open, git is not available. Git doesn't work without an open folder . Also you can check your custom settings to check if git is enabled or not, File / Preferences / User Preferences.
