NullPointerException when trying to generate seduction report allure-jenkins-plugin

When I try to generate an allure report from allure-jenkins-plugin, I get an error like this:

xml file generated by allure is valid (I can generate correct report with maven target site with same xml) so the problem must be in jenkins plugin.

I have maven 3.2.5 installed, the settings.xml file exists in the ~ / .m2 directory and seems to be correct.

What is the reason for this error? It seems to be related to maven settings in some way.
