SetEnv.cmd is missing from Microsoft SDK

I recently installed the Windows SDK, but when I go to the directory, I cannot find SetEnv.cmd. My OS is Windows 8.1 and the SDK is installed in Program Files (x86).

What I found out is that I haven't had time to install the SDK yet. I had to uninstall all 2010 distributions and try again. Also see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/101105-how-do-i-install-microsoft-windows-sdk-7-1

I didn't understand the Windows 8.1 SDK and then installed the Windows 7 SDK.

It contains SetEnv.cmd

.



Even the Windows SDK works with Windows 10 as well.
