How do I backup Visual Studio 2013 SP4 with the current OS installed before the formatting system?

Is there any way to revert visual studio 2013 from SP4 before system formatting? Because every time I have to download SP4 for visual studio 2013 and it's time consuming. So please, is there a way to go back?

You cannot create a local copy of all installer files with the option /layout

vs_edition.exe

:

vs_ultimate.exe /layout


Then back it up for future installations.

Or you can download an installer that has been updated to include Update 4 from the MSDN subscription site or from VisualStudio.com, select the DVD99 download option . If you download a trial, you can also activate it with a product key.
