Running test Self-Host SignalR scripts throws an exception from latest mono dev branch
Using Mono on Linux, the Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Mono sample found at https://github.com/SignalR/SignalR seems to work using the stable version of mono but not the latest development branch (3.99). Does anyone come across this? I am getting the following exception:

Eventually I had to return the fallback register in ResolveRegisterDelegate () if IsRunningMono is true:

I noticed this was happening in the earlier stable mono release, because GetMethod ("InternalRegisterWithoutEC") was returning null and not null with the latest dev mono branch.
