Failed to establish secure channel for SSL / TLS with credentials when invoking server informatica from .net WCF web service on windows security update

We have hosted an ASP.net application on a server.

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise. .net FrameworK: MS.NET Framework 4.5.2

We make an information call from .net WCF Service.

The server team applied the following patches to the server. After the new patches are installed, we cannot call informatica.
