Checking Twitter API for NSFW Content
In the Twitter Api have anything in response, which states that the Tweet has been marked as NSFW or inappropriate? The answer is pretty big, but I couldn't find anything in it that denotes the twist as NSFW.

The API Twitter has possibly_sensitive
, tweet object .
possible_sensitive Boolean Nullable. This field only appears when the tweet contains a link. The field value is not specific to the tweet itself, but instead is an indicator that the URL contained in the tweet may contain content or media identified as sensitive content.
