Downloaded binaries that don't show up in the preview list

I zipped and shipped my iTunesConnect test binary via Xcode. Typically, an assembly is added to a long list of previous assemblies, processed for 5 minutes or so, and then becomes editable. At this point, I'll put down the release notes.

Now the whole list is missing.

I tried resubmitting the binary, but I got a duplicate version error (that's correct.)

Apple changed the location where testflight binaries are listed?
