Can't install tweeboparser on mac

I tried to install tweeboparser on my macbook pro (10.9.5) but it doesn't work. I also tried to set these flags

export CFLAGS=-Qunused-arguments
export CPPFLAGS=-Qunused-arguments

but actually I have no idea if this is the right thing to do. I also updated my command line tools, but it doesn't work. Here is the output from config.log:
