Run app with options with Google Now

Question

Is it possible with Google Now (with a voice command) to open an app with options?

Example:

I have an application that can manage an alarm named "Alarm"

May I say "OK google, 'command' app" → Then open the application and pass the data to the 'command' to the application "app".

Nope! It is not yet available to all developers.

Google decides what happens for a reason.
