Secure Hidden Data Form $ _POST

Question

I was just playing around in Chrome and realized that the hidden form element can be changed by the user in the Chrome inspector.

As you can see in the picture above, anyone can log in and edit the form in Chrome and then submit the form.

I'm curious if there is a way around this, such as a safer way to send data to my files that I don't want to be modified by the user.

Easy, don't put it in your shape. So where can you express this? Save it to session .
