Why doesn't Nest Developer's struct ID match the struct ID returned by a get request?

In the Nest developer tool (Chrome) I have a struct ID a , and in the actual return JSON block I get a different struct ID b .

I think you are using a chrome extension which is deprecated (as per the banner at the top of this page )

There is a new Chrome app called Nest Home Simulator that should fix your problem.
