Windows phone 8.1 with Ionic framework, white space above the keyboard

Facing issue in Windows Phone 8.1 with ionic development.

When the entered text area is focused, the keyboard is displayed, but the cursor position is not correctly aligned with the input location, and an empty white bar appears just above the keyboard. if i find the cursor is still below the input area. If I press the text area again, the cursor points to the correct location and the empty white bar is removed.

Cordova version: 5.0.0 Ionic version: 1.3.20
