How to make a webpage style tab in IOS?

all. I want to create a custom tab like webpage style. eg:

I have a plan that first add two buttons to the RootViewController and add two ViewController controls for the buttons, when one button is clicked adds the corresponding ViewController to the RootViewController. I don't know if my plan can do it.
