IPython notebook: disable execution

I have 2 laptop servers running. The first is private and requires authentication to edit laptops. Another is public and I would like to call it "Show room".

In fact, the public one is most likely the Apache "index of" equivalent, showing the distinctive notebooks I've made. I would like to know if there is a way to disable the execution of cells in all laptops on a public server.
