How to create a new shortcut for MS PowerPoint 2010?

I use textbox (Alt -> N -> X) a lot. I was wondering if it is possible to create a new Ctrl shortcut for the textbox?

Apparently Steve is right! "You can customize the Quick Access Toolbar to add a horizontal or vertical text button." but can't customize keyboard shortcuts in ppt. There must be something to add.
