Can I use old photos using the Google StreetView API?
Recently, Google Map may come back during Street View by "TimeMachine". I couldn't find the path in the API. Is their TimeMachine parameter to change the time? Is there any other way I have if we don't have an API to get the "TimeMachine" data? For example, enter the Street View URL directly.

As far as I know, this is not possible with the API.
This feature request from the official Google Maps API bug tracker covers exactly this functionality:
Issue 6718: Feature Request: Access to Street View from different times
It has been open since May 2014.
