Is it possible to force Visual Studio to always reload the modified solution and all projects without clicking the Refresh All button?

I am working with Visual Studio 2013 and am looking for an answer regarding VS2013 and / or VS2015.

Here's the question - but there is no answer to my question, which is specifically for solution reloading - How can I get Visual Studio to always reload changed solutions, projects and files?

I know there was a lot more pain in VS2010, but I change branches frequently and it still hurts me to hit "Update All" and wait for the whole solution to reload, I would prefer it to happen automatically.

Just in case, these are my options for my editor enter image description here
