No integration integration issuer certificate found

I am using PluginResgistration facility to create an azure service endpoint. I have configured and saved ACS. I am using a persistent queue as a Contract. Although I click Save and Authenticate, I am getting the above error. I am doing all these steps because I want to receive messages via Service Bus from CRM.
