I have almost 30 cucumber tests running in Teamcity9.0. Each script is set as RESET_BETWEEN_SCENARIOS = 1
Most of the time I find myself running in the middle of the batch so many times that below is the error for 4-5 tests out of 30 tests

This issue is discussed on the IAB Calabash hot topics page . The gory can be found in this GitHub issue .
Try updating your run loop to at least 1.3.1.
If you are already using run-loop> = 1.3.1 please update your question in your support /01_launch.rb. If this issue only appears in TeamCity, then I think TeamCity is having problems running the iOS Simulator. This is a common problem in CI systems (Travis, Jenkins, etc.). I don't have any advice about TeamCity.
