Adding Applications (Ganglia, Impala, Hunk) to Start EMR Cluster

I created an EMR cluster, but I forgot to add some applications that I would like to play with. This is a "long" cluster, so I can't just create a new one.

How do I add Ganglia

, Impala

and Hunk

to a running cluster?

Also, is there something else that needs to be done to get the report label to HBase

appear on Ganglia

?

You may try

sudo yum install impala
sudo yum install impala-shell
